We want you to be completely satisfied with your Robin Pickens home textiles and patterns. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your home, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the names of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached to maintain the item's condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
